COVID-19: OUR RESPONSE
Singapore has announced and implemented tighter safe-distancing measures called the Circuit Breaker to minimise further spread of Covid-19. Here at YWAM Singapore, our priority is ensuring the health and safety of all students and our community. We are committed to follow the guidelines provided by the Singapore government, and continue to walk out this season with love, faith and wisdom, being socially responsible in and outside our community.
All our public events and mass gatherings has been either suspended, postponed or has resumed online (Since the 18th Mar 2020). SOFM, FCM has been cancelled until next year. Trailblazer DTS and Frontier Ships DTS has been postponed until further notice. SBS has gone digital, with all their classes and assignments fully online. We are monitoring the situation daily and have assigned a task force to keep us up-to-date about the progress of the virus nationally and internationally. Please stay tuned for updated information on when classes will resume.

GATEWAY OF ASIA
YWAM S I N G A P O R E
Singapore sits in the strategic crossroads between the East and the West, a highly networked gateway to other Asian nations. Our English-speaking culture and diverse range of ministry options have made us a popular choice for international missionaries looking for a safe, stable base to rest and refuel before being released into wherever God calls them to go.
As a mission, we see ourselves serving as a springboard from which many launch off into the Asian harvest fields. Along with churches and other Christian organisations in Singapore, we recognise that being the gateway of Asia is our identity and destiny as a nation.
WHAT WE DO
YWAM's many ministries fit into three main categories
Youth With A Mission
To know God and to make Him known
WHAT THEY SAY...
What our students are saying about us?
“My DTS was a journey of experiencing God’s heart for me and for the nations. He captivated my heart in a deeper measure, leaving me in awe of the beauty of who He is and the depths of His love for His people. In YWAM Singapore, I found a safe and loving community to pursue God and relate to others as the Body of Christ. I am thankful that it is filled with like-minded individuals who love the Lord and desire to partner with Him to build His kingdom on earth.”
“One significant moment in SBS was when we were studying the book of Galatians. Through that, I got to see how much every single person needs God’s grace, and how nobody can earn their way into being forgiven or salvation. I think just being hit with the grace that God has given to us, was huge for me! It was a deep revelation for me that we cannot earn His grace, as His Word states clearly. He just gave it freely for us! Through SBS, I’m thankful to be able to see God’s character for who He really is through His Word.”
My highlight from SOFM is the burning desire that God has given me to serve Him in long-term missions. For as long as God leads me, I want to serve in the specific nation that He has placed on my heart. The school really challenged me in multiple ways, in choosing to surrender myself to the Lord’s will.
“Through the School of Biblical Studies (SBS), I learned to love God’s Word and to love God through His Word. Being in SBS is like deep-sea diving. We dive into the ocean of God’s heart and mind (if that’s possible!), going from book to book and find ourselves discovering more and more of His love and mercy.”
