Instead of being trained and then enter into the mission field, you can now enter the field directly and be immersed in it while being mentored by field workers who have been serving in China.

Course Overview
This is a course for people with burden or calling in China. Students will be immersed directly inside China and be involved immediately what they will learn through the SOFM. Instead of the traditional 3 months lecture phase, we have spread the training throughout a six month period. This is to prevent information over-loading and at the same time allowing students time to absorb and put their learning into practice. The topics are specially selected for China’s context to meet the needs of potential field workers.
Students will also get to see existing ministries and be involved in them while relating and being mentored by field workers. Students will live communally to allow them to relate and put into practice essential people skills.
Upon completion of the six months program, students are required to further complete a six months internship at the designated location. After which, students are free join the team and ministry that they believe God is leading to be part of.

The SoFM (China Immersion Programme) Team
Due to security reasons names cannot be released. However the team of the program comes from various countries and have many years of experience as field workers in China. The wide spectrum of ministries provides students with a wide overview to seek God to be involved.
