How Does it Work?
These downloads are in two formats:

Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) and
Microsoft Word Document Format (DOC).

You need to download the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® in order to view PDF documents. Most wordprocessors can open the DOC file.

Click the icon below to download and install the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader available from AdobeSystems Incorporated.

How Do I Download An Application?
Follow these steps:

1. Choose the school you wish to apply for and click on the format you want to download.
   
   a. Right click on the 'file', select 'save target as' and select where you wish to save the 'file'.
   b. If your browser instead asks you whether you want to save it to harddisk, then indicate yes and select the appropriate directory to save it to.
   
   Press "save". Once you have saved it you may then open it like any other file (remember that when opening the file you must select the file type: either PDF or DOC)
   
   
2. Print out the form on your printer.
   
   
3. Complete the application and mail back to:
