FOCUS
MWC is an eight-hour training programme designed to equip short- term mission team leaders with mentoring and mobilisation skills that will give their outreachers a valuable and life-changing learning experience. Effective mobilisation happens when trippers experience a change in values,
commitment and lifestyle during their mission trip and begin to take on the roles of Senders, Welcomers, Mobilisers and Go-ers themselves. This programme is highly intentional about deepening the missions life of local churches as well as mobilising and training other World Christians to mentor others.

PROGRAMME
Outreach leaders learn the four tracks of outreach leading and preparation:
• Logistics track – setting up the outreach, knowing the field location, finishing up well after the outreach.
• Ministry Preparation track – bringing focus and purpose to the outreach team, orientating the trippers, aligning attitudes.
• Devotions track – preparing self and team to hear God daily, being prayerful and watchful.
• Mentoring track – the mentoring process, experiencing the truth, debriefing the experience, practising ‘feedback the feedback’.

YWAM Singapore hopes to inculcate in every World Christian the commitment and skills needed in mobilising people and resources effectively to raise a harvest force to fulfil the Great Commission in Asia.
